The Purple Cow is a spacious Alpine Lodge with spectacular views over Lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountains.

The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly, perfect for winding down after an action packed day or for just gathering your thoughts. We have a cosy log fire in winter and sunny decks with a BBQ area for the long summer days and evenings. All rooms are heated and have ensuite bathrooms. In summer, we can offer bike, kayak and powerboat hire, whilst in winter, we have ski/snowboard storage and a drying room.
