Accommodation at Makarora is laid out amongst natural bush surround, giving each A-frame unit seclusion and privacy. The Chalets are are self-contained and have ample parking space.

There is ample space for caravans, tents and campervans at Makarora. Some sites have power points. Shared ablution and cooking amenities are provided.
