Solandra Lodge is a country bed and breakfast in Central Otago's spectacular Ida Valley. The recently renovated Ida Suite provides self contained accommodation for two couples or a family. Situated on 10 acres, Solandra Lodge provides space to unwind.
The well appointed Ida Suite provides modern conveniences such as a heat pump for winter heating and summer cooling, dish drawer, washing machine, TV and DVD player.
The Ida Valleys climate ranges from snow in winter to +30 deg C days in summer.

- Poolburn (Auripo) section of the rail trail.
- Poolburn dam for fishing (also where scenes from the Lord of the Rings were filmed)
- Horse trekking.
- Otago gold heritage.
